MAKING A CLAIM

Step 1 - Find a drop off location

Drop off your tool at your local Bunnings or Tool Kit Depot (TKD).

Step 2 - drop off your tool

Take your tool and proof of purchase into your chosen store. Proof of purchase can be in electronic format (email, SMS, PowerPass, MY AEG) or a paper receipt.

Step 3 - collect your repaired tool

You will be notified when your tool has been repaired and is ready for collection.

Turnaround times

10-14 DAYS

We know how crucial it is for you to have your tools back in action ASAP. Our team is working hard to make sure we get your tools serviced and ready for you as quickly as possible. If, for any reason, there's a delay beyond our usual turnaround time, we'll give you a heads up. Your satisfaction is essential to us, and we appreciate your patience and support.
