If you experience an issue with your AEG tool, you can make a claim to have it repaired under warranty. To make a claim you will need a copy of your proof of purchase and to be eligible for a warranty repair. Please see below steps and links for making a claim. Take your tool and proof of purchase into your chosen store. Proof of purchase can be in electronic format (email, SMS, PowerPass, MY AEG) or a paper receipt.
You will be notified when your tool has been repaired and is ready for collection.
