If you experience an issue with your AEG tool, you can make a claim to have it repaired under warranty. To make a claim you will need a copy of your proof of purchase and the date of purchase must be within the standard warranty period, or the extended warranty period if you registered via MY AEG within 30 days of purchase.

Find your local Bunnings or Tool Kit Depot (TKD) store.
Take your tool and proof of purchase into your chosen store.
Complete an Online Claim Form*
*Only complete this form when you are physically in a Bunnings store, as you will need their store code and a Team Member will need to check your proof of purchase.
You will be notified when your tool has been repaired and is ready for collection.
