Under heavy loads, this Battery outperforms standard AEG FORCE batteries* because its tabless energy flow and advanced thermal management system reduce the occurrence of over-temping. FORCE TABLESS batteries are ideal for more aggressive, heavy-duty applications where a more sustained performance is required – such as drilling deep holes into concrete and performing long rip cuts through stacked boards.

The increase in power and performance is due to the different make up of the Tabless battery.
A standard 18V Battery has single or dual internal tabs for energy transfer. FORCE TABLESS Battery has tabless cells that maximise energy flow by utilising many more energy pathways within each cell for enhanced energy flow.
Laser welding, thicker weld straps and larger heatsinks help to maximise energy delivery and keep the battery running cooler. These features enable the battery to deliver longer runtimes compared to standard FORCE batteries**. So, you can get even more work done from a single battery.
