Remove the manual labour from riveting on roofing, metal fabrication and automotive applications with the 18V 4.8mm Compact Rivet Gun. This Compact Riveter provides an impressive 11kN pull force and has a rivet capacity of 2.4-4.8mm for aluminium, steel, and stainless steel rivets.

The ultra-compact power screw mechanism is one of the shortest available in the market with only a 156mm width when the mandrel catcher is removed. Its lightweight design also helps to reduce strain from long-term use.

The removable mandrel catcher holds up to 300 1/8" mandrels and has an inbuilt wrench. A lanyard hook provides a safe option for hanging this tool when working at heights. The LED sight light illuminates dark work pieces when better visibility is required.

    As an added safety feature, the rivet gun has a built-in lanyard loop and is located on the foot of the tool, just behind the handle grip. Prevent the tool from falling and breaking or hitting other workers when working on construction sites, roofing, tower climbing, on scaffolding or other high-risk activities.

    The transluscent mandrel catcher holds up to 300 mandrels. After installing the rivet, simply tilt back the tool to eject the broken off mandel. The translucent mandrel catcher will allow the user to easily see when it’s full and needs to be emptied.

    Included with the Rivet Gun are 4x nose pieces and 4x rivet retention nozzles (2.4mm, 3.2mm, 4.0mm and 4.8mm). Four of the nozzles have bore retention to hold the rivet in place, which is especially useful when riveting downward onto surfaces. Four nozzles can be stored on the tool.
