The AEG 18V Brushless Line Trimmer is a lightweight and well-balanced garden power tool with versatile performance options. This kit includes an 18V 4.0Ah heavy-duty FORCE battery and an 18V multi-chemistry smart charger.
Harnessing a top-mount brushless motor, this Line Trimmer delivers the power and performance required for trimming thick grass and weeds. With an adjustable cutting path of 28-33cm and a 2-speed variable trigger, this allows the user to adjust the unit's performance based on the application. Line replacements are fast and easy with a dual 2.4mm trimming line bump feed head.
The Line Trimmer also has an aluminium shaft that can be detached for compact storage. For additional landscaping jobs, the line trimmer unit can be detached from the power head and swapped out for an edger (AEDG10), pole saw (APP10), or hedge trimmer (AHT46) attachment (all sold separately).
The included 4.0Ah FORCE battery provides increased performance and runtime for all AEG 18V power tools. Improved cell housing and spacing protect this battery from overheating and over-current damage. An in-built fuel gauge shows how much charge is left. The included 18V multi-chemistry smart charger is a reliable charger for any of the AEG 18V battery range. Detailed LED indicators reveal when the battery is charging, the temperature of the pack, and when it's fully charged.
