58V RANGE DISCONTINUATION FAQS

    Why is the AEG 58V product range being discontinued?

    After reviewing market trends and performance, we’ve discontinued the AEG 58V product range to focus on higher-performing and more in-demand 18V options

    When will the AEG 58V product range be discontinued?

    While no further AEG 58V products are being manufactured, 58V products will be available for purchase until all remaining stock is sold. 

    Can I still purchase AEG 58V products?

    AEG 58V products are still available at Bunnings stores, but stock is limited and may vary by location.  Once the current stock is sold out, they won’t be replaced.

    Will there be any replacement products?

    Most of our products have a similar option in the 18V range. We recommend exploring our 18V options for suitable alternatives. 

    What happens to the warranty and support for products I’ve already purchased

    Don’t worry. Warranties and support for purchased AEG 58V products will remain in effect according to the terms provided at the time of sale.  AEG will continue to support you and your products.

    What about my current redemption submission/outstanding submission

    Any existing redemptions or outstanding activities related to the AEG 58V product range will be honoured per our redemption program terms and conditions.

    Will you continue to support my 58V products if they break down in the future?

    Yes, we will continue to honour warranties and provide customer support for the discontinued product, including repairs and replacements where applicable.

    What happens to my products after the warranty period has ended?

    After the warranty period, AEG will support individual customer needs via our customer service team

    Can I still purchase batteries once the product is sold out?

    No additional stock will be available once the AEG 58V batteries are sold out.
